History of LLC Berezhany metal-trans.
The company limited liability is created and registered as a subject of menage in December 2006.
Since state registration of LLC Berezhany metal-trans became the ponderable and meaningful participant of economic legal relationships on the walks of life of Ternopil' region.

The basic types of activity of Society is:
- activity of motor freight transport;
- sawing and slope production; kyanizing;
- Forging, pressing, punching, profiling; powder-like metallurgy;
- Retail business ironworks, paints and glass;
- Growing of corn and technical cultures;
- Production of paper wares of the service-utility and sanitary-hygenic setting.

Founders.
The founders of LLC Berezhany metal-trans is:
- Boretskyi Yaroslav Ihorovych, in 1966, habitant of Berezhany town;
- Kotovskyi Yaroslav Pavlovych in 1962, habitant of Berezhany town.



LLC Berezhany metal-trans is a main shareholder of JSC "Micron".
Just like this, LLC Berezhany metal-trans purchased shares once factory-giant of JSC "Micron" at the L'viv Private Company "K.I.K.-L", in size of 68,84% and the same became a main shareholder JSC "Mikron".After the investment of investments and Regulation capital increase, by the leadthrough of capital issue, particle of LLC Berezhany metal-trans makes now - 98,84%.
In the plans of leaders of revival of former glory of open joint-stock company "Micron", and the same creation for the habitants of Berezhany district of new workplaces.
On this time the reconstruction of buildings of Society is actively conducted, in fact all of LLC Berezhans metal-trans reached in the pitiful state.

Before shareholders came forward Chairman of Advice of shareholders of JSC "Micron" of Kotovskyi Yaroslav Pavlovych, Head of checkup committee Matus Sofiya Ivanivna and representative and at the same time director general of main shareholder of JSC "Micron" - Chairman of Rule of JSC "Micron" Boretskyi Yaroslav Ihorovych.
